Brock Douglas

Following global roles with IBM, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Accenture, Brock joined TechnologyOne in 2018 and has held several roles within the TechnologyOne Senior Leadership Team. Currently, he's involved in TechnologyOne's strategic growth initiatives, ensuring the company achieves targets beyond FY26 and future success.

Passionate about leading TechnologyOne to deliver against ambitious growth objectives, Brock is currently establishing a set of global delivery centres to be leveraged by all streams of the business. Prior to this, he successfully led TechnologyOne's Consulting division through transformational change to deliver innovative and high performing SaaS implementations on a global scale. Following the acquisition of Scientia, he went onto lead the operations and integration of the Scientia business to accelerate international growth, achieving the two-year integration goal within the first year, exceeding profit and synergy goals.
