When will the new TechnologyOne Customer Community be available?The new look Customer Community will be yours to enjoy from Monday 4 June 2018, when you log in.
Will I be able to keep my existing view of the old Customer Community?  Is the upgrade optional?The new look Customer Community becomes the default for all Community members.  There will no longer be access to the old view.
Will my access change?  How about my login details?We don't want to change what you know best.  Your login details remain the same and the URL remains the same too.
Who do I contact if I experience any issues logging into the Community after the refresh?If your login isn't working, or your usual URL is no longer taking you to the login page, please contact Customer Support in the usual ways.  You'll find all the contact details on this page.
Will my Cases be there?  What about my Groups, Chatter posts and other communications I've been following?Absolutely, everything will be there.  All of your cases, chatter interactions, all the Groups you're following as well as other Community members, articles and files.  And we'll also flag all of the items you've Bookmarked.
Will there be disruption to my access of the Customer Community?There will be a downtime window accessing the Customer Community on the weekend we roll out the refresh on Saturday 2 June from 06:00 AEST until Sunday 3 June 18:00 AEST.
