TechnologyOne appoints new General Manager for Works & Assets solution

TechnologyOne Ltd (ASX: TNE) a leading Australian provider of enterprise software solutions, has announced the appointment of Robert Williams to the role of General Manager, TechnologyOne Asset Management.

Prior to his appointment as General Manager, Robert was Practice Manager, Asset Managements for TechnologyOne, managing a team of 21 consulting and R&D resources to deliver asset management, project costing, contract management and billing solutions to markets such as local government, construction, services delivery, airports, ports and other facilities management.

During Robert’s time at TechnologyOne the Asset Management team has grown from a very small number of resources to a dedicated group of 21 people. With the assistance of his dedicated team, the Works & Assets customer base has increased from 16 to 100 customers, with annual revenues also rising from $200,000 to over $5 million per annum.

Robert says that his appointment to General Manager shows “a commitment to TechnologyOne to continue to grow the Asset Management product and team”.

Robert has extensive experience in providing solutions to asset intensive organisations in the energy, mining aviation and manufacturing sectors both in domestic and international markets, having previously held positions at Indus International Ltd and Mincom.

With his expertise, Robert plans to expand the penetration of the product into the existing customer base and use it as a vehicle to take TechnologyOne solutions into new asset intensive industries.

Robert is also currently studying for a Graduate certificate in maintenance management through Monash University.
