TechnologyOne appoints international CRM specialist as new GM

TechnologyOne has appointed international Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist, Nick Davey, as General Manager for its CRM solution.


Davey has worked with CRM products for almost two decades, most recently as Lead Strategist and Business Architect for Brisbane City Council's multi-million dollar Customer Experience Transformation (CET) project, and as head of the Cap Gemini CRM implementation at Ipswich City Council.

In his native UK, Davey spent six years establishing his own successful CRM consulting business, and built up a wealth of experience in the government, pharmaceutical, healthcare and telco markets.

Davey also helped develop and led the Oracle CRM practice in the UK and subsidiary countries, including Denmark and South Africa.

In addition to overseeing the development of TechnologyOne CRM, Davey will now be responsible for building on recent wins in TechnologyOne's target markets, including a number of New Zealand Government departments and Port Kembla Coal Terminal in NSW.

Mr Davey said that his decision to move to TechnologyOne was based primarily on the company's reputation as a leader in the industry and because of its unique CRM software.
