Technology One launches into Asset and Work Management

Technology One has developed an Out of the Box Asset and Work Management solution to round out its fully integrated suite of products for the local government market and asset intensive industries.


Twenty-one Technology One clients have already committed to implementing the solution, which is currently available in Beta Release. 

Technology One Executive Chairman Adrian Di Marco said the solution will allow existing and new clients to leverage from their investment in existing Technology One solutions, including the highly successful integrated Local Government suite.

“We have been overwhelmed by the response for this solution, which we began marketing to our existing clients in the local government and service intensive industries six months ago,” Mr Di Marco said. 

“The development of this solution has been driven by both customer and market demand. Technology One has observed a trend in the asset intensive industry where maintenance of the asset is now outsourced leaving the asset owner to get on with their core business.  

“The Technology One Work and Asset Management solution will provide outsourced service providers the edge over their rivals.”

The new solution has been developed to meet the needs of clients who manage project and works, asset maintenance and billing.  It has the added benefit of being fully integrated to Technology One Financials, reducing integration costs.

Mr Di Marco stands by his belief that “best of breed products are becoming less attractive due to high integration costs and improved offerings from ERP vendors.”
