Spinal Injuries Association Selects TechnologyOne Financials and HR & Payroll

TechnologyOne Limited (ASX:TNE), a leading provider of enterprise software solutions, has secured a contract to provide the Spinal Injuries Association (Queensland) with TechnologyOne Financials and TechnologyOne Human Resource & Payroll.

The Spinal Injuries Association is a not-for-profit organisation providing services and support for people living with spinal cord injuries in the state of Queensland and represents more than 1,500 members, with offices in Brisbane and Townsville and extensive networks throughout Queensland.

The recently signed contract was awarded to TechnologyOne following a competitive tender process to replace the Spinal Injuries Association’s incumbent financial and payroll systems. The Association is in the process of becoming ‘Quality Assured’ and their legacy solutions did not meet stringent Quality Assured reporting and operational standards.

As a not-for-profit organisation the Spinal Injuries Association receives a large number of grants. TechnologyOne Financials will track grants and funds received from a diverse number of sources. The ability of TechnologyOne Financials to provide a wide variety of reports will allow the Association to present accurate financial information to key stakeholders.

Mark Henley, Chief Executive Officer, Spinal Injuries Association, says “TechnologyOne’s approach has been extremely professional, well structured and relevant to our requirements. It’s obvious that TechnologyOne has developed a best practice in implementing these systems over the years. The team is supportive, knowledgeable and professional in their approach.”

“We are looking forward to working with TechnologyOne in the future and are confident in the success of these implementations based on our experience so far. The standards that TechnologyOne has set in the project implementation stage will become a measure by which all future systems implementations can be measured.”

TechnologyOne Human Resource & Payroll will manage the increasing complexity and growth of the Spinal Injuries Association’s payroll requirements by providing more in-depth employee file information content, reporting, general ledger integration, employee self-service and payroll processing functions. The functionality of TechnologyOne Human Resource & Payroll to use retrospective pay processing and disperse employee pays across multiple cost centres is crucial to the association.

TechnologyOne Financials and Human Resource & Payroll will integrate with the Spinal Injuries Association’s current systems including Client Management System and Human Resources System, providing the Association with seamless integration.

Adrian Di Marco, Executive Chairman, TechnologyOne says the Spinal Injuries Association’s deployment of TechnologyOne Financials and Human Resource & Payroll are testament to TechnologyOne’s commitment to providing solutions that are fully integrated, allow for future growth and improve functionality.

“TechnologyOne understands customer needs and partners directly with them to deliver solutions that are highly responsive, intuitive and grow with the company. It’s not enough to merely provide a solution, the solution must be an exact fit and a smooth implementation process is an integral part of that.

TechnologyOne’s ‘out of the box’ software along with our commitment to research and development means we continually deliver solutions that are highly responsive to our customers’ needs.”
