SmashCare partners with TechnologyOne, halves end of month reporting
National auto smash repair conglomerate SmashCare has overhauled its outdated business systems, partnering with TechnologyOne to support planned expansion.
Praising TechnologyOne’s consulting arm, SmashCare’s General Manager Mark O’Shannessy said it was the best enterprise-wide implementation he has experienced in his career.

“Now, we can produce our reports in less time, with fewer people. What used to take us 15 - 20 days to finish off end of month, now takes us 10 days and we are heading for five.”
