Growth drives increase in Technology One's staff numbers
Technology One is expanding its Research and Development (R&D), sales and service delivery teams throughout Australia and New Zealand following continuing sales growth in these regions. The company is currently recruiting for 40 new staff, including Senior Analysts, Analyst Programmers, System Architects, Business Consultants and Account Managers.

"The company is currently rolling out its next generation of solutions – the Connected Intelligence series - built on the .NET technology platform. The company’s commitment to fully expensing 19% of revenue each year has positioned its products 12 months ahead of their nearest competitor," he said.
"We now need to add to our team of talented and skilled software developers in our Brisbane office to help us roll out this latest series of financial management, local government, retail management, HR & payroll and student administration solutions."
In the 2004 financial year, the company experienced record sales growth, prompting the need for additional sales and service delivery staff in its Brisbane Sydney, Melbourne, Canberra, Auckland and Wellington offices. The company is particularly interested in talking to Oracle and Peoplesoft staff who are either unsure about their future or have recently been made redundant.
One of the key drivers for the sales growth has been a shift in market expectations towards fully integrated, vertical market solutions, as opposed to best of breed solutions.
Technology One has capitalised on this shift by delivering unique, fully integrated solutions for each of its key vertical market sectors – such as a fully integrated ratings and property, HR and payroll and financial management and accounting solution for local government.
