TechnologyOne
has launched its exciting new mobile solution iCouncil, developed specifically
for iphone and ipads, iCouncil. The solution has the potential to significantly
improve council services levels while also providing the public with a simple,effective
way to engage with their local authority.
iCouncil currently incorporates three core
capabilities for handling enquiries, inspections and public requests:

Enquiries and Inspections extend functionality from TechnologyOne's Property
and Rating solution into the field.
If you
work for an eligible Council using TechnologyOne Property and Rating, you can
use iCouncil to access key information, information on people, properties, animals and
applications from their iPhone® or iPad® at any time, instantly. Nearby items can also be
located on a map view by using the application's ‘Near Me' functionality.

Inspections offers local government inspectors the ability to receive work and

An easy
interface into council for staff and public
Install the new iCouncil application and you can quickly report problems to
your council such as dumped rubbish, potholes and graffiti. The app
provides a GPS location for the problem and allows photos to be uploaded to
