We have been continually profitable since 1992. Our full year ending 30 September 2009 shows continuing growth, with revenue up 11% to $122.5 million and licence fees up 8% to $24.3 million. In the 2009 financial year, the company recorded a net profit after tax of $15.7 million, after expensing all R&D costs of $20.3 million this financial year.
TechnologyOne has a total commitment to full market disclosure, and unusually for a company in the technology sector, we fully expense our R&D to ensure a clean and transparent balance sheet.
The company also has a proud history of continuing to provide dividends to shareholders with one of the highest dividend yields on the ASX.
TechnologyOne's software is currently installed in hundreds of leading, well known organisations across Australasia and the company has 15 offices located in each State and Territory of Australia, New Zealand, Asia and the UK.
